BOTH MEMBERS AND CLUB EVENT ORGANISERS CAN BEBARRED PERMANENTLY IF THERE ARE REPEATEDBREACHES AND POOR SERVICE.

(Terms and Conditions applicable for Members/Guests/Club Events Organizers)

EHARMONY … is an online … ‘mature 50 plus dating site’… and … ‘dating events organizing site’… concentrating on online dating introductions alongside arranging weekly /monthly events to meet up’s which will be updated regularly on the website.

We at … EHARMONY … welcome and wish each member and their guests to have a pleasant experience to find their perfect partner, companion, future husband, or wife.

It will be a great pleasure to assist in this journey of finding… ‘THE ONE AND ONLY’.

EHARMONY … is a private members club for the personal use of … ‘INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS ONLY’… and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors, no semi- suggestive photos or pornographic photo exchanges areallowed to be shared on this site.
The secret to success is not to share your contact details untilyou have met up several times in different circumstances andmembers totally feels comfortable to take one step further tobuild a lasting rapport and trust that begins with friendship.

No member or their guests are allowed to harass anothermember if things don’t work out… block the person and moveon.

CODE OF CONDUCT: Don’t jump in with rude innuendos asevery lady is looking for that special man and every man is looking for that special lady. We hope that every event is a good experience for everyone. All Members, and their Guests mustagree to follow our Code of Conduct for all events.

Be yourself with that sparkling smile … dress smart casual… notrainers or gym clothes.
Don’t choke with an overload of aftershaves or perfumes.
Be friendly but not over the top.
Clearly state your expectations to avoid misunderstandingwhen you start chatting online.
Clearly state your likes and dislikes.
Clearly state your food preferences.
Clearly state your religious beliefs and be respectful of others’beliefs.
Respect others’ opinions and decisions that includes politicalbeliefs.
Do not be rude, lewd, or offensive.
There is nothing like a good conversation talking about life…have appropriate intellectual conversations on-line and off-line.
Do not provoke or harass others if you meet up after a failedattempt. Permanent banning will be placed on both members.
Do not cause any hassle during or after any event.
Report any inappropriate behavior.
Think of your safety and that of others during the event.
Drink responsibly and respect your limits.
Do not resort to violence or verbal altercations.
Do not respond harshly to rejection as there are many fish inthe pond.
Do not cause any arguments.
No online requests for nude photos or sharing pornographicimages … this will not be allowed.
Verified Membership for general public and for clubs isrequired to be able to access the exclusive events.

By registering on EHARMONY… You agree to add correct date of birth.

Membership for the Service and registration is void where ageis prohibited.
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while Youthe member use the service.

TERMINATION: Members may terminate the monthlymemberships at any time, for any reason, effective upon receiptof … the written notice via email of termination to customersupport staff.

No refunds for period not used.

HOW TO REGISTER: Registration is free.

In order to register for membership, the applicant must be …VERIFIED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES… provide thenecessary information for their registration on the application form for monthly membership.

EHARMONY … will require passport ID, Driver’s license,proof of address and DD bank details for verification purposes.
EHARMONY will confirm the registration by sending aconfirmation email, thus finalizing the contract between…EHARMONY and the member.

MEMBERSHIPS: Refers to a registered and verified member…the user of one or more services who has validly purchased amonthly membership.

Refers to a paid monthly package giving access to some servicesfor a period of time, specified minimum purchased by aMember.
There is a monthly chargeable fee to access the dating site, andto access events.

EVENTS: Refers to all services, paid or free, accessible to …Members… provided on the Website.

There are … FREE EVENTS… invitations only for membersand two guests for that event on a particular date first comefirst serve.
There are … PAID EVENTS: Purchase tickets in accordancewith the conditions and price indicated in case of paidmembership and for the … Event for that particular DAY…

EVENING OR WEEKEND. For third party organizers events… the third party will send their confirmation email directlyafter payment.

Before confirming the registration for the chosen Event, theMember must ensure that all the information displayed is the same as the information he/she provided in the application asit cannot be modified after.

ID verification membership card will be asked by the thirdpartyorganizer to prevent any issues and for security purposes.
The email and or ID card will need to be shown to the eventorganizers … FOR EVENTS.
For any specific event … it is advised to read these Terms andConditions of third-party organizers as well as any conditionsspecific to certain events and fully accept them.
It is advised to arrive on time.
POSTAL CONFIRMATION: Please make sure your postaladdress in correct in the case of posting tickets. Tickets will be posted via recorded delivery and will be included in the cost ofthe ticket.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION: EHARMONY or the thirdpartyclub will confirm bookings, by sending a confirmationemail, thus finalizing the contract between… them and themember. Organizers will not be held responsible if the emailgoes into the junk mail.
TEXT CONFIRMATION: Please update phone numbers on aregular basis. Organizers will not be responsible for texts notreceived on discontinued numbers.
For third party organizers events … the third party will sendtheir confirmation email directly after payment.
The email and text will need to be shown to the eventorganizers … FOR THE SPECIFIC FREE EVENT.
Before confirming the registration for the chosen Event, theMember must ensure that all the personal information iscorrect on membership account … is the same as theinformation he/she provided in the application as it cannot bemodified after.
These event services will be added or removed at any time,subject to change.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to … onlineaccessibility… to… FREE EVENTS and PAID EVENTS …prepaid … GUESTS INVITATIONS organized by… otherreputable third-party event’s organizers.

‘EHarmony’… services are only available on the websitefor any person who is a … REGISTERED MEMBER.
By registering and participating in … ‘Events or Activities’…the member or subscriber fully accepts these … TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

EVENT REGISTRATION:

CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION

You must be a … PAID MEMBER … to be able to join somefree and other paid exclusive group events.
Only persons over 50 years of age who are Members, and theirguests may use or may register to attend events for free or forpaid events.
Members have to register their guests with providing IDverification.
Members and guests must follow the rules of engagement inthese terms and conditions agreement.
For events organized by third parties’ payments promoted on… EHARMONY… must be made directly to the cluborganizers, any issues, or cancellations … MUST BEDIRECTED TO THEM.
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong …EHarmony… are NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES …when dealing with third party event organizers, membersshould direct your concerns to them who will rectify the issueas best they can.
Any Member who wishes to register for an Event must first login on the EHARMONY websites … EVENTS PAGE …using his/her email address and confidential password and

including names of Guests and contact details for securitypurposes.

Members must copy emails to EHARMONY and theparticular club organizing the event.
Members must follow links to apply for and pay for the eventsubject to availability … ‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVEBASIS’.
An email confirmation, invitation, dates, and event addresses ofthe attendance for the event will be sent to the member whichthe member … MUST SHOW AT THE DOOR … or to the event organizers to be allowed access for the event.

An ID wrist band will be provided for each member for thatevent and their guest for each event.
Members must bring their … CLUB MEMBERSHIP IDCARD … for every event.
The Member or Subscriber … MUST NOT SHARE ACCESS… to their individual site, members will be responsible for anymisuse or of his/her confidential username and password or other identifiers by third parties or actions or statements madethrough the Member’s personal account, whether fraudulent ornot, and will indemnify … EHARMONY and their thirdparty

organizers of … ALL OR ANY LIABILITY AGAINSTANY CLAIMS.

If any Member has reason to believe that any person ismisusing his/her username and password or account, thatMember must … IMMEDIATELY CHANGE PASSWORDS.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:

The holding of any Event may be subject to a … MINIMUMOR MAXIMUM… number of Participants, under health and safety guidelines in accordance with the information provided ifapplicable on the relevant Events Page of the Websites.

Last minute guests can be turned away if the … QUOTA OFHEADS … under one roof is reached if not pre-booked.
It is advised to… ‘PRE – BOOK AND GETCONFIRMATION’ … a week prior … to stop any inconvenience and misunderstandings.

If the minimum number of Participants for a specific Event isnot reached, the event organizers have the right to cancel theEvent and REIMBURSE THE MEMBERS or offer alternative dates.

PRICE AND PAYMENT- MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Are to be paid by Direct Debit.
Three monthly / Annual membership fees are subject tochange annually.

UK CURRENCY:

Unless displayed on the Events Page in local currency, paidexclusive Events prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterlingand all taxes included.

GUESTS:

GUEST REFERS TO ANYONE, WITHOUT BEING AMEMBER may participate in Events or Activities following aconfirmation email invitation from Not2Old2 Boogie or theevent organizer.
Member who will vouch for their behavior of their guests andwill pay the required fee for the event if required. The membermust be responsible for the behavior of their guests.
Each Member may invite a maximum of… TWO GUESTS…to the Event for which he/she has registered.
Member must reserve … THEIR GUESTS PRIOR AND GETAN EMAIL CONFIRMATION … to be allowed free entranceto some of the exclusive free events organized or for the paidevents to prevent complaints and disappointments.
The Member and Guests enters into a contract with …EHARMONY and their third – party club organizers. Themember must pay for participation of the Guests he/she hasinvited to the Event in accordance with the conditions as someevents are chargeable price applicable for the relevant Eventorganized that day or evening.
The Member must provide the … GUEST’S VERIFIEDCONTACT INFORMATION … to … EHARMONYincluding his/her surname, first name and email address,he/she undertakes to have previously obtained the expressconsent of the latter for this data to be processed by

EHARMONY… in accordance with data protections theterms and conditions and provide the introduction underhis/her sole responsibility.

The Guest’s information will only be used to send him/her anemail confirming attendance for the event informing him/herof the Event and inform the guest about the Member whoprovided their contact details to … EHarmony.
EHARMONY will not share or send multiple marketingemails.
It is the duty of the members and their guests to check on theevents booked.
Guests not allowed to share any information about you orthemselves to other prospective dating members and mustabide by the rules.
Guests should ideally become members themselves eventually.
Guests must not come intoxicated for any event or get too

intoxicated at the event. Alcoholic and non – Alcoholic drinkswill be available.PAYMENT METHODS: By card (online or via Mobile banking):Using an online payment service (PayPal, Direct Debit, etc.) Depending on the available payment options on the relevantWebsite.

NO RIGHT OF CANCELLATIONS:

In accordance with Article 28 (1) (h) of The ConsumerContracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges)Regulations 2013, the member or guest is informed that the exclusive Events … ‘ARE NOT SUBJECT’… to the right ofcancellation.

Subsequently, the Member or guest acknowledges that anyregistration for Events carried out on the website is final andcannot be reimbursed by partner organizers other than inaccordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Consequently, if the member does not attend or is unable toparticipate in the Event at the time, or place mentioned inhis/her contract, no refund will be issued.
Tickets cannot be resold. Complimentary tickets will be givenfor the same event held on a different day.
Guest will not be allowed in … ‘WITHOUT THE PRESENCEOF THE MEMBER’… who has invited them for that specificevent.

IN HOUSE EVENTS:

Some inhouse events will be … FREE OF CHARGE.
It depends upon the type of event whether it is an inhouse orouthouse event.

If the member has an emergency and cannot attend an inhouseevent, they may be able to re – book the same free Event, in thenear future, on the other hand the member may cancel the attendance to the inhouse event by any means forty – eight (48)hours before and can reschedule for the new Event date so theirplace can be given to other members.

OUTHOUSE EVENTS:

Such as music concerts, sports events, and rave night… for onlyone night event organized by third parties no refunds aregiven.
Tickets cannot be transferable or redeemable.
No refunds will be given if it is a chargeable event.

SUDDEN CANCELLATION OF AN EVENT:

For any unforeseeable circumstances, before the date or start ofan Event, third-party agents… are … FORCED TOPOSTPONE … or modify the Event (date, time, place), the member will be informed of this via email or a text message assoon as possible under short notice there could be delays pleasebe advised.

Rebooking choice for another of the same event for a futuredate IS THE ONLY OPTION, please be aware there are norefunds.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUSING ACCESS

Once registered for an Event, the Member and any Guest shallenjoy strictly personal access to this Event, provided they havemet the conditions for registration and, if applicable, paid for

the relevant Event.

Members and Guests … MUST NOT COME TO THEEVENT INTOXICATED… and unable to stand straight orspeak clearly.
Argumentative or abusive behavior will not be acceptable, iscontrary to public order, dress code must be adhered to if theevent is a fancy dress, decency, health and safety conditions or appropriate behavior for the relevant Event or is posing a riskfor the decency or safety of a third-party members and guestsmay be removed from the event by security and could bebanned permanently.

It is reiterated that when a Guest participates in an Event,he/she is deemed to have fully accepted these Terms andConditions that have been sent to him/her via email to the address provided by the Member or guest who invited him/herto the relevant Event.

NO LIABILITY:

EHARMONY… shall not be held liable for any modificationor cancellation due to a … FORCE MAJEURE EVENT.
EHARMONY will not be responsible for any damage of anykind, occurring before or during an Event or attributable to amember or a guest at the Event, members and their guests willbe held liable to pay for any costs.

DISABILITIES:

We do not discriminate and will accommodate any disabledmembers. It is the duty of the MEMBER to make theirdisabilities clear and inform staff via email in advance.
Moreover, certain venues or Events may or may not beaccessible to persons with disabilities or reduced mobility.
EHARMONY or their third – party club organizers… cannotundertake to provide the specific assistance required fordisabled persons.
Consequently, if a chaperone is required, the MEMBER mustensure that the person accompanying him/her is also registeredfor the Event as a guest and is fully responsible for his/her care.

HEALTH DECLARATIONS:

Before registering for a physical event such as sports or hiking,long distance walking, hot air balloon rides Event, the membersand guests must ensure that they are able to participate and

must take all necessary precautions imposed by their state ofhealth, in order to avoid creating liability for…EHARMONY… and their event organizers in the event of an incident oraccident attributable to lack of vigilance on their part or totheir participation to an Event which is unsuitable for theirstate of health.

EHARMONY and their subcontractor is therefore given a …‘WAIVER OF LIABILITY’… is acknowledged by virtue of thisclause in order to ensure that the state of health of theParticipant is appropriate for the Event.
If the guest is prevented from participating in the special Eventfor medical reasons, EHARMONY … nor their eventorganizers shall issue a refund to the guest or member.

DIFFERENT WEEKEND EVENTS:

SPORTS: FOOTBALL / TENNIS : Subject to ticketavailability.
POP MUSIC CONCERTS: Subject to ticket availability.
RAVE EVENT: Subject to ticket availability.
SCOTTISH DAY HIKES: Subject to ticket availability.
PICNICS: Subject to ticket availability.
BOAT DINNER TRIPS: Subject to ticket availability.
LAKE DISTRICT DAY TRIPS: Subject to ticket availability.
BEACH DAY TRIPS: Subject to ticket availability.
FOREIGN TRIPS AWAY: Subject to ticket availability.
SKING TRIPS AWAY: Subject to ticket availability.
CAMPING TRIPS AWAY: Subject to ticket availability.

ACCEPT NO LIABILITY:

In organizing the Services, we at EHARMONY and theirevent organizers will do our best to ensure the safety of theMEMBERS and their GUESTS without any liability.
The Members, and their Guests remain entirely …RESPONSIBLE ADULTS … for complying with our …CODE OF CONDUCT … and the … HEALTH ANDSAFETY … recommendations provided on-line and by thevenue where the Event is hosted.
EHARMONY and their event organizers will not be heldliable in any event for any loss or damage incurred by theMembers, or Guests as a result of their own actions, loss of personal belongings, omissions or conduct of other guests andother members of the public that occur before, during or afterthe Event.

Members and guests must be responsible for their ownpersonal property, phones and handbags and rucksacks etc.
Including, but not limited to, an incident or accident resultingfrom non-compliance with the Code of conduct and/or thehealth and safety recommendations of the venue by one of the other members of the public or from a lack of vigilance ornegligence of one of the Members and their guests.

EXCLUSION OF A PARTICIPANT IN EXTREMECIRCUMSTANCES:

EHARMONY members and their guests must not go to anyevent intoxicated.
It must be understood that any behavior occurring during anEvent which is contrary to the Code of Conduct, may result in a warning and/or the exclusion or removal of the … MEMBEROR GUEST… from an Event.

It will be at the sole discretion of the Security Team ofEHARMONY and their third-party event organizers, ifapplicable, its subcontractor, and particularly in case ofinsobriety, risk to the physical or mental safety of theParticipant or of third parties and harassment.
In the event that a Participant is excluded during an Event,he/she may not claim any refund.
The decision to issue a … WARNING… or to exclude froman Event may also justify a ban for this Participant to laterregister for another Event organized by EHARMONY or itsevent organizers.
Finally, EHARMONY reserves the right to notify thecompetent authorities, if needed, if the behavior of aParticipant or guests constitutes a disturbance to public safetyor order.

SERIOUS COMPLAINTS:

The Participant should contact EHARMONY with anyserious complaints as soon as possible by any means allowingfor acknowledgement of receipt using the email contact details provided.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:

The information communicated by Members and guests duringtheir registration and their participation in an Event allows eHARMONY and if needed their partners, to offer and run Events.

Participants’ personal data is processed in compliance with theU.K laws, privacy policy available on the Website where theevent tickets are purchased.

APPLICABLE LAW – LITIGATION

EHARMONY will not be held liable for anything goingwrong that is beyond our control when two consenting adultsagree to meet and later date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed, interpreted, andapplied in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, U.Kand not subject to the statutory rules of the Member orSubscriber’s country of residence.
MEMBERS and GUESTS agree giving further guarantee andwarrant that MEMBERS will not use the Website for anycommercial purposes, and/or send or receive funds through theWebsite and/or create accounts with fake usernames.
Organizations, companies, businesses, and/or other entitiesmay not become Members and are not entitled to use theService or the Website for any purpose.
Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Website, includingcollecting usernames and/or email addresses of membersby electronic or other means for the purpose of sendingunsolicited email or linking to the Website/ Application willbe investigated, and appropriate legal action may be taken,including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctiveredress.
You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute,perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL COPYRIGHTS:

EHARMONY … retains all intellectual property rights of the… concept, websites, and the service, absolutely Internationallyas of Jan 2024 onwards.These rights include, but are not limited to name, events, databaserights, copyright, design rights (whether registeredor unregistered), patents, trademarks (whether registeredor unregistered) and other similar rights, wherever existing in theworld, together with the right for protection of the name of …
